Jackie Cooper stars as a well-meaning young boy whose life is turned upside down by the arrival of his bratty cousin. This charming comedy came just after Cooper's memorable turn as part of the Our Gang comedies. He's just as likable here, and has the same habit of getting himself into trouble. The film also stars Jackie Searl and, in his final film role, former silent screen star Thomas Meighan.
