Paula's Best Dishes

Today, Paula's having some friends over and they're celebrating the good ole' days by having some great food. Paula's making a Skillet Chicken with Rhubarb and Onions. Then it's Amy and Suzette's Louisiana-Style Crawfish Bread. Then it's a Chocolate Volcano Cake. These will be Southern staples you can't live without!

Paula's joined by Kenton Duty from the Disney Channel show Shake It Up and they're going to shake up some afternoon snacks. They're starting with a simple and delicious Vegetarian Pizza, Then, Paula's frying up some Fresh Grouper Fingers with a homespun Tartar Sauce. For a sweet and tasty treat, it's Oatmeal Raisin Cookies. Finally, it's the Lady & Sons' Lemonade to wash it all down.

Today Paula's joined by her cookbook author and friend Daniel Green and they'll be cooking up some low fat recipes. They're starting up with Daniel's scrumptious Chicken Lettuce Wraps. Then Daniel shows Paula his twist on an old Italian classic, with a Tomato & Crab Spaghetti. Finally, Paula's sweetening up the deal with her Orange Banana Bread.

Michael's going on a fishing trip to Costa Rica with a few of his friends, so Paula's going to whip up a goin' away lunch. She's starting off with a fun Fried Brie. Then a Grilled Turkey Rueben with Homemade Coleslaw paired with a Side Salad with Fried Okra. Then, she's finishing off with the perfect take-away snack, Chocolate Chip Brownie Bars and a cool refreshing Summer Spritz. 

Today, Paula's got Jaime and Jack in the kitchen. They're making a Father's Day meal, starting with an Apple Stuffed Pork Loin, with a side of an Onion and Sweet Potato Grattin. Meanwhile, Paula and Jack are going to decorate one of his Daddy's favorite cookies, Pumpkin Spice Cookies.

Paula's spending time with her friend Cheryl Day from Back in the Day Bakery and today Paula's going to treat her! She's starting off with some Mini Artichoke & Gruyere Quiches and Cookie-Crusted Pork Tenderloin Sandwiches. Finally, Cheryl shows you her most decadent cupcakes, "Pinkies" and you won't believe 'em.

Paula's good friend Stratton Leopold, owner of Leopold's Ice Cream in Savannah. Stratton helps Paula turn her dishes into superstars, starting with some Turkey Burger Sliders. Then it's on to an Ice Cream Sundae Pizza you just won't believe. No movie night is complete without popcorn, and Paula makes her Parmesan Popcorn Mix. This is one feature you won't want to miss!

Today Paula's good friend Bubbles is over to help Paula cook some of their sleepover favorites! First, they're putting together a delicious Berry Parfait with Coconut Granola. Bubbles shows us how to make her Bangin' Breakfast Casserole. Then, Bubbles shows Paula one of her quick and easy recipes, Scones.

Paula's friend Matt is coming by and they're cookin' up some food on sticks! So Paula chose one of her favorites that she thought would go great on a stick - Hogs in a Sleeping Bag! Then, it's on to a few of Matt's favorite creations, like his Chicken & Waffles on a Stick and S'mores on a Stick. Make these party bites for your next event!

Paula's got Kevin in the kitchen and she doesn't want to feel left out! She's making her Bacon Pinwheels and a Roasted Pork Loin with Mushroom Gravy. Then Kevin shares his Grandma's bacon filled Fried Creamed Corn recipe. They finish it off with Molasses Cookie Sandwiches with Bacon Ice Cream. You'll love these recipes so much, you'll want to hog them all to yourself!

Liza Minnelli is coming on the show and Paula wants to make her some of her favorite foods. She's starting with a German Chocolate Cake with a coconut custard filling. To go with it, she's making a Ribeye Steak with Mushroom Sauce and Creamy Lobster Rounds. Why drive out to Hollywood, when you can join Paula and Liza for a taste of class!

It's all about Bobby and seafood today. He's starting off with some spicy and delicious Glazed BBQ Shrimp. Then it's the perfect lunch combo: Grilled Crabcake Sammies with Fried Potatoes and Parsnips. Finally, you're not going to believe the dessert that's finishing off this meal. Paula's making a three-layer Coconut Lime Cake to top off this meal.

Paula's dear friend Kathy Griffin is coming by and Paula's treating her to some of her favorite dishes, such as a Creamy Mac & Cheese with Tomatoes, Fruity Chicken Wings with a fruity twist and Chocolate Expresso Cupcakes. With these recipes, you'll want to make every night ladies night!
