FLCL: Progressive

Masaki who’s been having a hard time fitting in with his class due to his unique background and character, meets Harumi, who is even more eccentric than he is. She offers to help him off of his worries by bombing the Tsuganei Tower.

In order to stop Harumi's nonsensical actions, a sniper shoots Harumi down. Masaki is livid! Kana desperately tries to treat her, but she doesn't regain consciousness. With Masaki's emotions reaching their peak, his NO finally activates.
