The Thamburan (Feudal Lord) sets up a Kathakali Yogam (Kathakali School) and appoints Asan (Guru) as Kaliyachan (Master). Kunjiraman is trained by the Master to become, at a young age, a fine actor and famous Kathakali artiste. At the peak of his career, his ego, unreasonable defiant attitude, and love for women and wine, removes him fromthe world of Kathakali and the performing stage.
