In the world of real estate, Jeff Lewis does it his way as he copes with multiple neuroses and a staff struggling to meet his demanding expectations.

Jeff takes on a quirky seller who won't move out, then both his cat and assistant Stephen are traumatized at the vet. All in all, Jeff is not pleased.

Tensions mount when Jeff and his business partner, Ryan, make a bet on their biggest project, and he gets in the face of his executive assistant, Jenni.
