Stephanie heads to one of Europe's oldest cities, Lisbon, Portugal, for a tour of the city's most fascinating neighborhoods. Later, she takes a cooking lesson at a beach side restaurant and dives into the Atlantic Ocean harvest percebes, a local delicacy.

In this 2-parter, Stephanie visits one of the world's coolest culinary cities to hang out with local chefs who introduce her to a bustling seafood market. After a French Quarter carriage ride she cooks up classic seafood along with some new favorites.

Laissez les bons temps rouler! The good times keep rolling in part two of Stephanie's NOLA food tour with a visit to GW Fins Restaurant, an impromptu dance party with a few Black Indians, a visit to an above-ground tomb, and supper at the famed Compere Lap.

A short drive from the chic metropolis of New Orleans is the Deep Delta region, which serves as the backdrop for Stephanie's bayou fishing adventure where she feeds wild alligators, catches a fish and joins in on a crawfish boil at a former plantation.

Fresh California air fills this episode as Stephanie goes deep sea fishing and puts her fitness level to the test as she tries her hand at catching wild yellowtail. After a day at sea, she gets up close with her sashimi lunch off the coast of San Diego.

In this Central American paradise with 80-degree water and warm breezes, Stephanie takes a food tour with the current Ms. Lobsterfest, swims with sharks & rays and dives deep for lion fish from which she and her guide make a delicious ceviche.

After a quick and exciting food tour of the ultra hip city of Portland, Stephanie heads down the gorgeous Oregon coast to play in the natural wonder of endless shifting sand via a dune buggy and to dig in the sand for a local delicacy to make for lunch!

In the coastal village of Hopkins, Stephanie experiences the Garifuna culture up-close Along with her local guide, she explores an exotic market, makes a traditional Garifuna meal with two local legends and ends the day with a beach-side drumming lesson.

On an island formally known as a resort town for celebrities and Hollywood elites, Stephanie gets an aerial view of the beautiful village of Avalon via parasailing before heading out to sea for a chance to collect spiny lobster with a local fisherman.

As one of Canada's most diverse cities, Vancouver is exciting & exotic. With the help of a local guide Stephanie gets a taste of the city with yummy donuts, dim sum, fresh juice, chocolate and a cooking demo at a popular Japanese restaurant.

In this winter wonderland adventure, Stephanie treks through the snowy hiking trails of British Columbia's Cypress Mountain before settling in for a decadent lunch of Swiss cheese fondue made from ingredients she collected from Granville Island Market.

Stephanie visits the gorgeous city of Ensenada, Mexico to sample a taste of the region. After a day of harvesting shellfish on a floating aqua farm in the Pacific Ocean, she indulges in local wines and cooks with best restauranteurs in the area.
