Captain Clayton and James are wounded in a surprise terrorist attack, and Penny is crushed to learn the identity of the bomber. As aliens turn deceased hostages into weapons, G-Reaction engines all over the world mysteriously fall silent.

The world's most brilliant minds fail to find a reason for the sudden incapacitation of all G-Reaction engines, but Lotta solves the problem with one false step. Armed with this new knowledge, Penny and Billy undertake a daring rescue mission.
