Ryoko and her friends form Otogi Bank: a social club which specializes in resolving problems for classmates via aggressive transactions. The wallflower Ryoshi is smitten with Ryoko—despite rejection—and must prove his worth to the rest of the troop.

Someone is conspiring to sabotage Otogi Bank! As Ryoko and company work overtime to fill a flood of requests, thugs from Onigashima High set up full-scale abductions of each Otogi Bank member.

Ryoko is back in the clutches of the insufferable bully, Shiro. An Otogi vs Onigashima battle ensues as her friends storm the school to save her. A showdown with Shiro puts Ryoshi—and his recent training—to the test.
