In his latest case, he gets to a Vietnamese drug gang that has long terrorized Hong Kong. His partner Wilson (Louis Koo) infiltrates the organization, but his true identity is revealed. To put an end to the bloody drive of the drug pushers, Ma takes the law into her own hand.
