Tom Green stars as a bumbling but amiably-natured man named Bob Tree, who lands at Butling after working his way through all other 'A' and 'B' jobs. He wants to be trained in the field of butlering, so Tree figures there is no better place to learn than England. When he arrives there, a culture clash occurs between the stodgy professionals and the accident prone doof with a big heart.
