Mark & Derek's Excellent Flip

Mark and Derek embark on their first house flip by renovating a '60s ranch-style house. The duo starts by gutting the kitchen and tearing down the walls between it, the living room and dining room to create one large great room.

Mark and Derek take on the next phase of their renovation, working on a dated living room, foyer and front bathroom. When the due is done, they hope to wow buyers as soon as they walk in and increase the value of the house.

The exterior of Mark and Derek's 1960s ranch-style house has seen better days. The duo plans to completely replace the stone façade with new siding and stucco, landscape the entire yard and address the dangerous trellis out back.

With their deadline looming, and one week before their open house, Mark and Derek rush to finish the master suite. The duo needs to completely gut the bathroom and bring the master bedroom into the 21st century.
