The team investigate the suspicious death of Joe Walsh, a union firebrand, found drowned in 1975. Did Joe's militant views land him in trouble with the authorities? When the battle between the two families erupts into violence, UCOS decide to track down the bandit and lay the conflict to rest once and for all.
