After being offered a spot among the Monster Association's top ranks, Garou heads into the city to hunt heroes, but gets hungry and dines and dashes at a family restaurant. By chance, Saitama is there and runs after the fleeing Garou…

Garou attacks Insect God and King the Ripper, but Hedro-Jellyfish kidnaps Tareo. Meanwhile, Dr. Kuseno responds to Genos's distress signal and visits Saitama, bringing premium meat as a gift.

The Hero Association plans to storm the Monster Association. Class-S heroes are summoned, but Silverfang and Genos are excluded from the mission. Meanwhile, a recovered Garou launches his own attack on the Monster Association.
