Join Kim Bilyk for two short yoga classes designed to help you tone! Both these classes are about 15 minutes in length and perfect for someone short on time. One class will help you give the glutes or booty some love to help strengthen and tone. The second class will focus on poses to help tone and strengthen the core and abdominals. We would consider this class to be at the Intermediate level.
