The five new members of the Earth Defense Club are relaxing in the Kurotama Bath when they encounter Karls, first prince of Honyala Land. Karls wants to rule Earth in a "happy" way, and recruits the Earth Defense Club to help him -- by making them his personal knights!

The Earth Defense Club has fulfilled its role as Karls' Knights by defeating a rampaging, fear-spreading monster. Now, the one behind the monster, Prince Furanui appears, revealing both his motivations and his own personal guard, the Edelstein!
