The Carson brothers are bandits who threaten and terrorize White City. When a bounty offer is put on both their heads, bounty hunter Frank, accompanied by his crippled friend Zoppo, rises to the occasion to collect the bounty, avenge an old friend's murder and free the city from the bandits' tyranny.
