Star Cinema presents "Nagsimula sa Puso" Celina (Hilda Koronel), a young college professor falls in love with one of her students, Carlo (Richard Gomez). When her mother(Armida Siguion-Reyna) finds out, she's not too happy about it and plots to seek ways to end their relationship.
