The Film revolves around a frustrated citizen of Indian (Harishchandra ) who loves his country at one point of time he finds three guys who is involved in underworld activities they three showcase Harishchandra the real ground level cheaters of the society, Which Indians see in day to day life at the end they realize every Indian is responsible for the growth of the country.
