डेन्जी और टोक्यो स्पेशल डिवीजन 4 के सदस्य गन डेविल का एक पीस लेने के लिए एक होटल में जाते हैं। पर डेविल की असाधारण शक्ति के कारण वे आठवीं मंजिल पर फंस जाते हैं।

डेन्जी को बचाते समय अकी को कोबेनी चाकू मार देता है। यह देखकर डेन्जी "एटरनिटी डेविल" के अंदर कूद जाता है और उस पर हमला करना शुरू कर देता है। वह "एटरनिटी डेविल" को नहीं मार पाता है और बहुत ज़्यादा खून बह जाने के कारण उसकी चेनसॉ शक्ति ख़त्म हो जाती है।

Meanwhile, after seemingly being killed, Makima turns out to be alive. She sets out to rescue Denji with the help of Public Safety Devil Hunters from Kyoto, Kurose and Tendo.
