Junior chefs encounter outlandish surprises in every basket, but will working with weird ingredients throw them off their game? Guest judges are Food Network Star finalist Martita Jara, Marcus Samuelsson and George Mendes.

Sixteen skilled young winners return to compete $25,000. In the first battle of this five-part tournament, the champs are faced with a French delicacy, pork tenderloin and a crunchy snack.

A new group of four past champs return to compete in the $25,000 finale. To make it to the next round, the young chefs must face an infamous Chopped ingredient, steaks and deep-fried treats.
