Soweto, South Africa is better known for its politics than its sport, but even here, extreme outdoors activities are on the rise as Benni soon learns, while Michelle lives it up testing the surfing waters of East Africa's fabulous coast.

Michelle's in Uganda and some of the best whitewater rapids in the world while Benni learns from longboarders in South Africa. Then it's back to Kenya with one of the world's most extreme cyclists, David Frume and a centuries old sailing race.

Michelle finds the East African coast bristling with extreme watersports before heading out to meet a young autocross driver while Benni gets a dizzying intro to extreme driving in South Africa before off-roading with wildlife on the Rift Valley Odyssey

Benni gets the low-down on South Africa's high charged skate scene, while Michelle introduces a charging Kenyan sailor, Teddy Ndaro. Michelle also takes on the jumps at a motocross track, before heading to Uganda, where motocross is revving up.

Michelle descends into Hell's Gate and a Rift Valley extreme hiking trail, while Benni goes to the southern tip of Africa to meet a skater with a passion for food and then Michelle learns more off-road bike skills ahead of her first competition.

Michelle is in one of Africa's top kayaking locations and Benni meets a chilled-out bodyboarding photographer in Cape Town. Michelle challenges her vertigo on the cliffs of Hell's Gate and then it's a race to the finish at a revered African rally event.

Michelle enjoys a breathtaking East African destination where extreme watersports abound, while Benni learns that big air takes skills and that seals don't bite underwater. Then a young Kenyan is making it big on the world's top RX circuit.

Benni puffs up Lion's Head while Michelle meets a Nigerian kayaker paddling into the Olympics. Morocco is the background for Parkour practitioners, while even death won't stop paddlers on the mighty Nile and the huge rapids from its source at Jinja.

Michelle treks to Mount Kenya, Africa's 2nd highest mountain to explore the activities at this extreme location, while Benni tests his fear of heights on another iconic mountain suspended hundreds of feet above Cape Town.

Benni is in incredible Cape Town, Africa's outdoors capital, while Michelle meets the man at the heart of a Kenyan camping craze before heading to the coast for deep sea angling and to meet sailors getting youngsters off the streets and onto the water.
