Underdeveloped

Stan, an inexperienced slacker is hired by Ralph, his brother-in-law, to run a film division in his studio. Stan soon learns his team is a group of failed misfits and a grumpy producer, Joe, who was originally supposed to have Stan's job.

Ralph, the studio boss, has Stan and Joe watch over his son while at work. The only problem is the kid is a nightmare to deal with.

The team is ordered to pitch the studio's top actress so they can lock her in for their upcoming film slate. But their ideas are not very creative.

Stan and Joe learn that one of their projects has a potential lawsuit after being told that Ralph stole the idea.

Ralph's nephew, Freddy, is hired to cast the team's films. The only problem is that Freddy doesn't want to listen to any of the team's ideas.

Stan gathers the team together to plan a surprise birthday party for Joe. But nobody can agree with how it should be.
