Rusty Rivets

Ruby wants to see a comet fly by, and Rusty will do everything in his power to make sure his friend's wish comes true! Rusty and Ruby race to fix a leaking underwater oil pipeline before it pollutes the lake and makes it uninhabitable.

When Ranger Anna crash lands her planes in the distant savannah, Rusty and Ruby realize they need a new vehicle that can not only travel the distance, but aid them in their builds. Thus, the Mobile Rivet Lab is born!

When Ranger Anna gets stuck in a tree while observing monkeys, Rusty and Ruby make a monkey of their own to save her… Botarilla! Ranger Anna and Liam get trapped in the ranger station by a giant snowball!

Rusty forgets the code to his robotic piggy bank, activating its self-defense mode and turning it into a runaway robotic boar. Rusty and Ruby must save a baby whale that's been beached during a storm and reunite it with her family.

New neighbor Frankie Fritz bot-naps Botasaur, making Rusty and Ruby go on a chase to get their friend back. Rusty builds a machine that makes and stacks sand blocks, to help Liam build a giant sand castle.

Frankie Fritz challenges Rusty and Ruby to a race around Sparkton Hills, with the Mobile Rivet Lab as the stakes. Rusty and Ruby try to save the school's art fair from being frozen over by Frankie Fritz and his Skunk-bot, Frankford.

When the robotic squirrel Rusty made goes rogue - swiping things from all over town, Rusty and Ruby must find a way to capture Robo-Squirrel and his loot. Frankie Fritz uses a handful of homemade drones to swipe Rusty and Ruby's Mega Battery!

Rusty and Ruby set off on their pirate ship in a hunt for a buried treasure. When Frankie's robo-mouse accidentally gets copied dozens of times, it's up to Rusty and Ruby to round up the little critters before they take over Sparkton Hills.

Rusty builds his Mom the ultimate relaxing chair, but whenever it hears any noise, it runs away and raises high into the sky! Rusty, and Ruby try to save the Wake Up and Smell the Roses Contest from Frankie Fritz' stinky Robotic Skunk.

When Mr. Higgins accidentally knocks the power out all over town, Rusty has to save Ruby's surprise birthday party. Rusty and Ruby try to rescue Ninja Fish's kids, who are trapped inside a shipwreck by a giant octopus.

Rusty, Ruby, and TigerBot help a stranded baby giraffe in the desert. Can they make it back in time for TigerBot's performance? Rusty, Ruby, and Tigerbot must save Botasaur when he runs off into the jungle thinking he's being pursued by a monster,

Bytes and some of the Bits accidentally go on a wild ride in a runaway sled! Rusty, Ruby, and Jack try to find a way to stop the wayward sled. Rusty and Ruby make Officer Carl a giant blueberry pie but struggle to transport the oversized dessert.

The bots catch a virus, wreaking havoc with their aggressive sneezes. The kids must find a cure to stop the mess! When Bytes accidentally tunnels his way into a mine - it's up to Rusty, Ruby, and Botasaur to find him and then dig their way out!

Wanting to be a hero like Rusty, Frankie creates a Super Villian Bot and programs it to make him look like a hero. When aliens crash on Earth, Rusty and Ruby must help them get back home in time for the most important alien holiday of the year!

Rusty and Ruby accidentally shrink down with Rusty's latest invention! They must fight their way across the Yard to size themselves back up. After Liam is "adopted" by a giant mama bird, Rusty and Ruby must rescue him from the protective bird!

Liam and new friend Emily try to emulate their heroes, Rusty and Ruby, only to end up making things worse. When Rusty, Ruby, Bytes, and Botarilla come across a lost baby monkey, their search for its parents leads them into danger.

When Liam gets trapped inside an ancient elephant temple, Rusty and Ruby enlist the bots to breach the temple and find him. Ultimately, they undertake the recue with a new creature, Elephantbot!

Liam can't wait to take Emily for a ride on the roller coaster, but will the roller coaster make it to town? Rusty and Ruby bring a Robo Assistant to assist Teacher Betty, but when it malfunctions, chaos ensues!

After watching Rusty do awesome moves on Botarilla, Liam decides he wants a pet. But first he must learn how to care for a pet of his own. Liam overcharges Rusty's Mega-Battery, accidentally creating a force field dome around the Recycling Yard.

When the conveyor belt Santa uses to load gifts from his workshop into his gigantic toy bag breaks, Rusty, Ruby, and Liam head to the North Pole to fix it. Frankie stows away to find the present he really wants for Christmas.

Rusty and Ruby must a find a way to pop the mega bubbles that have scooped up Bytes and Mrs. Rivets before they float up into space! Liam and Emily accidentally set the Rivet Sub on a course out to sea with the two kids inside!

Rusty and Ruby make rollerskates for Botasaur, but he doesn't know how to stop and goes on a wild ride through town! Rusty and Ruby build Liam a castle and a powerful magnetic scepter, so he can play king. Jealous Frankie tries to invade!

When Elephant Bot goes to visit the new baby elephant at the animal park, the baby runs off followed by her concerned parents. Rusty and Ruby must help Frankie when he attaches a large propeller to Frankford, and he flies away and out of control.

Frankie accidentally levitates the school! Rusty and Ruby have to find a way to get it – and everyone inside – back on the ground. Frankie builds a giant Frankford robot, but the robot's power source overheats, threatening to stink up the town!

When Frankie breaks into the Rivet Lab and takes control, Rusty and Ruby have to be "secret agent" sneaky to stop him. Rusty and Ruby's trip to the moon is complicated when Frankie Fritz stows away!
