In Riga, Genny and Ciro stand face to face again, but there is no time to talk. Ciro is in business with the Russians and now that Don Aniello is dead, he needs a new broker or all deals are off.

As Ruggieri continues to investigate Genny, the Levantes are increasingly unwelcome in Secondigliano. Genny seeks control over the neighborhood - for this, he needs a load of cocaine.

The Levante and 'O Galantommo team up against Genny and the Secondigliano bosses who have switched to his side. But Genny has a countermove. Meanwhile, Ciro lets Genny know he's back.

Ciro, Enzo and the others are looking for new allies and Genny jumps at the chance to infiltrate the enemy's ranks with one of his own. Meanwhile, Nunzia tries to avenge her husband's death.
