Ex-soccer star George is struggling to rebuild his life after the end of his sports career, as well as his divorce. Wanting to finally make amends with his young son who has become embarrassed by his lack of job and money, he begins coaching the boy's soccer team. However, despite his best intentions it proves to be more of a challenge than he expected.
