Kyung Woo's family questions his wife-to-be, Young Eun, about her commitment to marriage. She believes that she is ready to take on the responsibility to marry Kyung Woo. However, Woo's mother is not quite happy with the relationship, as she believe Eun does not suit her son's needs.

Do Hyun’s mother discusses his trip to a resort as he seeks rest and relaxation. The Chairman calls Young Eun to set up a lunch and he hopes Kyung Woo will attend.

Kyung Woo tells Young Eun that she will have a home after they marry. Trying the end their relationship, Kyung Woo’s mother spreads gossip concerning Young Eun and her affairs with other men.

Young Eun becomes sick after working hard to prepare food. Do Hyun struggles with questions about Young Eun's past, and his issues only get worse when his mother becomes involved.

Joo Kyung Woo becomes mean and cold towards Young Eun after hearing the rumors about her past. The chairman steps in for a conversation with Kyung Woo with his marriage hanging in the balance.

Young Eun's health comes back into question when she passes out while arguing about her potential divorce. Kyung Woo begs her to stay after discovering the surprising truth about her illness.

Ms. Kang tries to hide her true identity after being recognized as someone who ran a store. Young Eun talks with Jin Ah but she becomes upset as the conversation continues.

Do Hyun’s father thinks his wife is pushing for their son to marry Jin Ah. Young Eun plans a trip with Kyung Woo after he finishes work at the hospital.

Young Eun must use her own money to pay for errands. Kyung Woo and Young Eun fight about his mother as well as the attempts to take funds from her daughter-in-law.

Kyung Woo yells at Young Eun after his mother collapses while her daughter-in-law is out with friends. Jin Ah goes on a date with Do Hyun and he brings her to the hospital.

Kyung Woo purchases an ice cream cone for Young Eun, which sparks anger between different characters. Do Hyun's father tells his son to make his intentions towards Jin Ah more clear if he wants to marry her. Jin Ah has a hard time accepting his proposal.

Kyung Woo is not invited to the discussion regarding Do Hyun and Jin Ah's wedding, which angers Young Eun. Young Eun and Do Hyun talk about Do Hyun's impending wending over the phone, with lingering feelings still there between them.

Kyung Woo is shocked and angered when he sees old photographs of Young Eun and Do Hyun looking happy together. His intense anger soon turns to reluctant calm after Young Eun is thrown a baby shower as a big surprise.

Do Hyun disappoints Jin Ah as he leaves their hotel room on the first night of their wedding to go search for Young Eun. As a result, Jin Ah falls out of love with him and the marriage falls apart.
