A Bangladeshi spy Masud Rana (MR9) teams up with a CIA operative to bring down an international terrorist group headed by a ruthless businessman. MR-9 travels to the US where he encounters Devi, a beautiful TLF agent. MR-9 and Devi flee to MR-9's secret safe house in the desert. During interrogation, they learn the TLF plans to bomb the Kaptai Dam in Bangladesh and Hoover Dam in the US.
