Each week on Wipeout, teams take on the Qualifier with the goal of completing the course in the fastest time. The 6 fastest teams in the Qualifier move on to the Gauntlet, where they are split into two heats, each consisting of three teams. The team that finishes first in their respective Gauntlet heat advances to the Wipeout Zone where they will compete to win the $25,000 prize.
