Ko Ka-Long and Tai Yee-Fei are following Lui Cheuk-Fung and Tai Tak-King's instructions in a training session. Cheuk-Fung even says he will help Ka-Long enroll for the promotion exam. Senior Superintendent Ko Yat-Tai is attending an honors and awards presentation ceremony.

The Special Duties Unit officers and drug dealers engage each other in a gun fight at a pier. Ka-Chun leaves his team behind and chases after Coke as he catches sight of him escaping. Yu-Hong accuses Ka-Chun of inappropriate conduct and assigns him to the back office.

The Special Duties Unit officers follow Cheuk-Fung into an old factory on a rescue mission. There are explosions as they break the door and barge in. The officers finally manage to save Wing-Yin, who is clinging to life.

Yat-Tai points his gun at Chi-Yiu. He wants him to help catch the mastermind behind the scheme of weeding out undercover police. Ka-Chun and his subordinate Oppa wait for Coke to show up. But Coke escapes.

Yu-Hong finally catches up with Coke. He questions him about the mastermind behind recent incidents.

Yu-Hong is handling a drug case that involves amethyst. With the help of his colleagues from Technology Crime Bureau, Yu-Hong hacks into Kenny's computer.

Cheuk-Fung and Ka-Long cannot begin operation because William has been taken hostage. They are getting anxious. Kwok-Bun calls Yat-Tai and tells him Ka-Chun's life will be at risk if he does not join the rival camp.

Yat-Tai suspects recent incidents have something to do with Man-La, who seemingly died in a big explosion. He even thinks when he went undercover, Man-La was somehow involved.

Yu-Hong cannot prove his innocence and decides to escape from the car park. He runs into to Ka-Long, who has been ordered to provide reinforcement, on his way out. Ka-Long believes him.

Yu-Hong plots to catch Kenny. He questions him about U384 but gets nothing. Ka-Long calls Ka-Chun and tells him he has got Kenny's phone which contains information about moles and U384.

Yat-Tai takes Yu-Hong's wife and daughter into protective custody in an attempt to find out Yu-Hong's whereabouts. Yu-Hong decides to use the box of intelligence to launch a counter-attack against the terrorists.

Fok Wai-Wan secretly helps Yu-Hong and explains to Ka-Chun about Yu-Hong being framed. Yu-Hong wants to see Yat-Tat. He suggests using the box in exchange for the release of his wife and daughter.

After a lot of investigation efforts, nobody has any idea about that mysterious organization controlling Yat-Tai. Ka-Long gives Cheuk-Fung his resignation letter. But Cheuk-Fung refuses to take it.

Man-La has prepared dessert. But helpless Man-La just has to wait as Ka-Long is not answering the phone. The Special Duties Unit people have come up with an idea of using Yee-Fei to make a date with Ka-Long to uncover his tactics. However, they find out Cheuk-Fung and Wai-Shan are having a dinner date instead.

Ka-Chun goes alone to the underground casino again. He gets close to the heart of drug trade. At the critical moment, a mysterious girl, whom he met the last time, foils his attempt.

Suet-Ying shows Ka-Long her loving feelings. But Ka-Long says he only sees her as his little sister.

At a meeting, police officers and Cher reckon Man-La only wants to get close to Ka-Long and nobody else. Ka-Long faces a dilemma as he refuses to go undercover. Ka-Chun takes Man-Lok back to her place.

Special Duties Unit team members are worried about Ka-Long's disappearance.

Chit-Sum wants Ka-Chun to crack down on drug groups to teach them a lesson. Yu-Hong is worried about the two brothers, Ka-Long and Ka-Chun, directly clashing in the operation.

Man-Lok goes into hiding as Kwok-Bun does not trust her anymore. Ka-Chun's concern for Man-Lok has evolved into romantic feelings.

Kwok-Bun reckons Cheuk-Fung is still alive because Ka-Long did not really want to kill him. Man-La is still defensive about Ka-Long. While Ka-Long and Man-La are on an outing, they unwittingly discover Kenny has found out Man-Lok's whereabouts and is plotting to catch her.

Leads provided by informants indicate Ka-Long is involved in the poison gas case. Ka-Chun puts anonymous clips away. He knows Ka-Long has shot Cheuk-Fung and suspects the incident has something to do with the poison gas case.

Ka-Chun successfully arrests Kenny, but also unwittingly uncovers Yu-Hong's meticulous scheme. Ka-Chun questions Yu-Hong. But Yu-Hong denies he had asked Ka-Long to go undercover.

Special Duties Unit and commended police officers embark on a rescue mission. But they fall into Man-La and Kwok-Bun's trap and get seriously hurt.
