A travel agent at a company that specializes in Caribbean holidays, Hannah is leery when her boss sends her to check out an ice hotel, but she's immediately dazzled by the place - and equally enchanted by its dreamy owner/designer Ben. Hannah has always wanted to run her own hotel, but a past blunder as a hotel manager has frozen her in place, in a job that she merely tolerates.
