Bingo looks at American life through the eyes of a heroic canine in this story of a friendship between a young boy and his dog. After running away from the circus in search of a family's affection, Bingo happens upon 12-year-old Chuckie (Robert J. Steinmiller, Jr.) and saves him from drowning.
