Zvyagin is one of the city's best detectives, yet his chase for a serial killer, "The Artist", has gone on for too long. In an attempt to catch the killer, Zvyagin runs into a famous blogger by the screen name of Caesar, breaking his camera in the process. To save their reputation, the police department takes on Caesar as an observer with their task force. Russian Series with English Subtitles.
