Robbie continues his 300-mile adventure across the north of England and the Midlands, but he's forced to make a running repair to his narrowboat. On the Tinsley lock flight in South Yorkshire, he cruises beneath Conisbrough's magnificent viaduct.

Robbie tackles the fast-flowing, tidal River Trent and joins a nighttime illuminated boat parade. But with a damaged wall in Worksop and a water shortage on the Chesterfield Canal, his smooth journey stalls just short of Kiveton Park.

Autumnal fog and an overheating engine complicate Robbie's trip as he navigates a Roman waterway and the torrential River Trent. The challenges keep coming when he runs aground and breaks down in Nottingham.

Robbie reaches the last leg of his journey. He takes on the Foxton's famous lock flight in Leicestershire and completes his adventure in the village of Braunston, the spiritual home for narrowboaters.
