Jackie, a spoiled teenager, is forced to join her mom on a medical mission. There, she meets Kiko who is assigned to ensure she completes her tasks. As the two spend time together, they develop a bond that helps Jackie see another side of life. Soon, Kiko begins to become confident that someone like him is worthy of Jackie's affection, but is torn between his feelings and obligation to his family.
