Fear Thy Neighbor

Neighbors welcome a bachelor into a neighborhood with longstanding property lines, but things go south when he starts disputing the boundaries. The warring parties film each other extensively, but the cameras aren’t running when violence erupts.

When a resident revives an HOA to beautify her community, some neighbors are unhappy, believing the organization is fraudulent. Tensions escalate when liens are placed on the house of a couple unwilling to pay, ending in a suburban shootout.
