Fishing with Roland Martin

First half of show Roland shows the ABC’s of the jig bite. Second half of the show Roland and Ron fish main lake points with Senkos and Chatterbaits.

Roland and the Yamamoto pros show the highlights of some world class bass fishing on Lake Baccarac, Mexico.

Roland and Gerry pitch & flip thick heavy matts of weeds with 2 oz weights and Craw Worms before and after a big cold front. Five Bass weigh over 30 lbs.

Roland, Judy and Chuck travel 70 miles to 120' of water and fish Jigs and bait for Yellow Tail and Amber Jacks, then move to 100' of water for Grouper on 4 oz Jigs.

Roland works the tidal river eddies with Jigs for Snook and is looking for Tarpon. Than he works the Gulf points for Reds with top water.

Roland uses a Buzz Frog in rice and pads and casts Senkos to fish that miss or boil on the frog. The sun and wind change things but he ends up with a bunch of nice largemouth.

Roland shows the ABC's of flipping and pitching heavy reeds for beautiful 3-6 lb Largemouth.

Roland and Art drift the 30-40' depths of the river with Tubes and Ned Rigs. Then they work the lake flats for Smallmouth from 2-4 lbs.

Roland and Jimmy cut up with each other while catching a lot of Bass and Pike with a lot of How-To information.

Roland locates Bass with Senkos, than changes to Frogs with a buzztail and really gets great top water action. Catching Bass up to 6 lbs.

Roland and Chad frog fish the grass beds of Lake Marion then move to the cypress trees with the wacky rig Senko worm.

Roland, Chuck and David anchor the 46' Sea Fox on the edge of Chesapeake Bay's main shoals and chum with menhaden for big Cobia from 20-50 lbs. They use bucktails, Live eels and cut bait. Roland and Chuck also show big striped bass caught on topwater and bucktails in 2010.

Capt Jimmy took us to old Gulf barge wrecks where we flew the Drone looking for schools of Permit. Once found, we lowered a live Crab to the fish, hook the fish and try to keep it away from the Sharks. kwbass
