On November 3rd, 2016, police officers swere startled when they heard banging from a large metal storage container. Prying open the unit, they discovered a young woman. Regina Kay Walters was just 14-years-old when she was horrifically abducted and murdered by Robert Ben Rhoades, now best known as The Truck Stop Killer. But how did Regina get into this situation?
