Robi leads a lazy life, and is a good-for-nothing fellow until he meets Ria, a new resident in his colony. Robi falls in love with her, and even tries to woo her, though Riya treats him with disdain. One fateful day, Riya is knocked down by a truck, as a helpless Robi watches the horrible accident. Riya passes away, leaving Robi devastated.
