A stretching warm up routine that I've been doing for the past 25 years that I credit to allowing me to have enjoyed the sport of gymnastics for so long, along with reducing the risk of injuries over the years. This routine includes stand up stretches for the upper body and sitting down stretches for the lower body and can be used for gymnastics, cheer, fitness or any sport or physical activity.
