Snaptrap realizes his inability to make a decision stands in his way when it comes to getting away with crimes, so he buys an Indecision Ray and uses it on TUFF.

Snaptrap wins the lottery, and buys TUFF in an evil plan to fire all the agents. FLOPP is tired of Dudley getting in the way of their evil plans so they decide to tattle on Dudley and get him sent to detention.

Kitty and Dudley accidentally drink Keswick's truth syrup and can't stop telling the truth! Petropolis is convinced that Bigfoot is a burglar, so Dudley sets out to clear his childhood hero's name.

Dudley teams up with the Chameleon for Petropolis' dancing competition. Quacky and the Sharing Moose stage a fake reality show and invite TUFF to compete against DOOM, live on the show.

The Weasel, a super diabolical criminal, has broken out of prison and is after Dudley and Snaptrap. Dudley finds gloves that stop time, Snaptrap steals them, and TUFF must get them back before time stops forever.

FLOPP kidnaps the most valuable TUFF agent: the secretary, Tammy. Dudley must rescue her before TUFF falls apart! When an efficiency test shows that Dudley and Kitty aren't well suited partners, thery are reassigned.

Kitty's evil twin sister, Katty Katswell, breaks out of prison and swaps places with Kitty at TUFF!/ Birdbrain uses an anti-gravity device to fly. However, he cranks the device up so high that soon all of Petropolis is floating

Kitty becomes suspicious of Dudley's new girlfriend, Daisy, after Snaptrap keeps getting inside information. Snaptrap poses as a safety instructor and scares Dudley out of being a secret agent.

When the citizens of Petropolis no longer appreciate TUFF, Dudley and Kitty quit and find new jobs. But when the Chief is kidnapped by the city's new super villain, the Overbear, the TUFF team must reunite to save the day.

Dudley lies about being poisoned so Kitty takes him to do all the fun things he's ever wanted to do. Dudley and Snaptrap are tricked into going to Hawaii by the Weasel. Once there, they team up to defeat him.

TUFF is hired by Mayor Teddy Bear to get rid of a ghost in an old haunted mansion. When the Caped Cod puts a giant robotic shark in the lake, Dudley must stop him and rescue all the fishermen.
