After a huge Red Stag is spotted on a mid-January reconnaissance trip, the lads return three weeks later in the hope of a return visit, and also in the hope that the big 12 pointer will have begun to strip his velvet to reveal the prized antlers beneath.

In this episode, we head to the famous Molesworth Station, New Zealand's largest working farm, to lend a hand in reducing numbers, and have a lot of fun in the process.
