A diligent policeman who uses both his brain and brawn to fight crime decides to take on a dreaded criminal. An honest cop tries to bring a lot of positive changes in a city which is polluted by a goon's actions. Constable played by Vijay Antony wants to change his brother who prefers to be a juvenile criminal rather than a cop. Hero killls his brother infront of public and gets promoted.
