Christmas is coming and Bob the Builder is very excited - his twin brother Tom, a zoologist in the Arctic Circle - is coming home for the first time in years. Bob wants a quiet Christmas so he can enjoy some time with his brother, but he has not allowed for the new town Mayor, a forthright, slightly overbearing woman who has big plans for her first Christmas in office!
