Rishi is a cop on a mission to hunt down Kittu Bai. In the line of duty he is shifted to Hyderabad as an undercover cop & is placed as a Hindi professor. He falls in love with a student, Vinamra, but he is summoned by his boss and asked to romance Vaishali, who is the daughter of Kittu Bai. The rest of the story is about Rishi riding two romantic boats & roughing up & arresting the baddie Kittu.
