Around the world there's a new breed of pop star on the rise and one of them is Eddie Crane. He's tipped for the top but needs to break away from his friends. They're a rabble rousing uncouth group of dropouts, but they're his only friends. Then one of them kills a bartender while attempting a hold-up.
