From the producer of Ip Man, Hong Kong Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) investigator William Luk is investigating a smuggling case. While doing so, he accidentally uncovers links to an international human trafficking ring in Thailand, and enlists the help from the Chief Justice of Asia Emma Pang to stop a terrorist attack.
