Our Beauties and Geeks are connecting and their new pairings are put to the test by being action heroes and later bringing their spirit animal to life for the mixer.

A high fashion photo shoot tests the Geeks. Sam and Angelique share the first romantic kiss of the season and Sophie decides on her final matches for the duration of the experience.

After spending so much time building connections, it's a series of firsts as the Beauties and Geeks experience live TV, a makeover and the first dreaded elimination challenge.

Our couples face a high flying challenge in a flight simulator, Michael and Tara go on their first date and deepen their romantic connection, while Jason resolves to overcome one of his greatest fears.

After winning a dog agility challenge, Heidi and Mike share their first kiss on a date whilst geek Chris has a life-changing makeover which helps his internal self worth. Alex and Sophie leave the experience after a nail-biting elimination.

It's a medieval kind of day for the beauties and geeks as they battle it out with knights for the date, and Michael finally receives his first kiss!

Today, they are no challenges, make overs or eliminations as our teams enter Life Swap; a chance for the couples to step into each other's lives outside the experience, get to know their partner deeper, and road test the skills they've learnt so far in the experience, in the outside world.

Finals week starts with the beauties and geeks battling it out in a TikTok challenge with the bottom two couples going head-to-head in the elimination round.

For the first time ever this series, the beauties and geeks split for a high stakes' music video challenge, the remaining geeks will get the transformation of a lifetime for the mega makeovers and the dreaded elimination quiz will send one couple home.

Today both beauties and geeks must put everything they've learnt during the experience to the test but who will make it to the final three and the grand final.

This is it! The final day on the experience has arrived with a fearsome challenge set to put our final three couples out of their comfort zones like never before.
