Jean arrives in Furawau District to conduct his final audit and receives the red carpet treatment from the Lilium family. Furawau is peaceful and prosperous, but Jean senses invisible forces at work under the surface.

Preparations for the ACCA centennial anniversary ceremony are underway, and the future of the kingdom is about to be decided.
