Hobie, Lani, April and Skylar are among the Rookie School trainees competing for a few open slots as Baywatch Lifeguards. Hobie isn't sure he wants to follow in his father's footsteps, but when a vengeful jet skier comes after April, Hobie comes to her rescue, proving to himself and others that he's got Lifeguarding in his blood.

Veteran lifeguard Jack 'JD' Darius has a dark secret in his past. He comes to Baywatch to throw his rescue can in the ring for the open Lieutenant slot, but young and ambitious Taylor Walsh also wants the job, and she's ready to fight for it.

Mitch, Sky, and April find a dead man on the ocean floor. Their search for answers to his demise leads to the retirement home where he lived, and his two friends who seem to be hiding the true story. The chemistry between Cody and Lani is combustible as their relationship heats up.

April is devastated by her younger brother Charlie’s terminal illness. Mitch and Hobie want to make sure Charlie's wishes are granted, and that the time he spends with the lifeguards at Baywatch is the best of his life.

Caroline's acting career in isn't going well so she returns to Baywatch to figure out what she really wants to do with her life. Baywatch lifeguards are plagued by a sleaze-ball helicopter reporter who somehow knows intimate details about all their love lives, including Caroline's. Could there be a spy inside Baywatch?

After the devastation of the last big L.A. earthquake, Baywatch lifeguards are taking recent Seismic activity seriously. Caroline and JD 's tempestuous relationship heats up, forcing Caroline to make a critical decision that could change her life. When Manny helps April with her fashion designs, his designs on April become clear.

The hot Santa Ana winds blow an air of mystery to Baywatch: Two sea lions perish in a mysterious, unexplainable event. Mitch must uncover the mystery to stop it from happening again. April is courted by Manny and Hobie, forcing her to choose between them.

Donna tries to help Neely overcome her addiction to painkillers. Craig Pomeroy shows up at Baywatch to defend the legal rights of an elderly Native American shaman determined to initiate his tribe's traditional death ritual on the Baywatch beach.

Cody ignores regulations and leaves his tower five minutes early to meet Lani for a hot date. Right after he leaves, a young woman goes swimming in the ocean. Her little sister sees her engulfed by a wave, never to reappear. Cody is tortured by the dire results of his negligence.

Caroline's truck is hijacked by a young thief who forces her to drive him on a wild getaway chase. Neely reveals a shocking secret about her outrageous actions during her hiatus from Baywatch.

Prejudice threatens Manny and April's relationship, driving April into Craig's comforting arms. An encounter with sharks leads Craig and April to take shelter in a water treatment plant's intake pipe where strong suction pulls them toward spinning turbine blades that will slice and dice them!

Mitch learns that a cache of US Marine weapons has been stolen and probably hidden offshore. Mitch and Cody locate a sunken vessel with the arms on board, but before they can confiscate them, they are taken captive.

After breaking up with Manny, April finds romance with Craig, who is having a mid-life crisis. While working together to catch a trio of wild men on waverunners harassing swimmers, Craig and April's passion heats up. Passion also heats up between Lani and Cody while learning the intimate, athletic and graceful art of tandem surfing.

Mitch uses Hobie to initiate a relationship with Hobie's horseback riding instructor. Cody, JD, and Lani try to make extra cash in a scheme to collect Sea Urchins to sell in the Far East, but when another diver gets into trouble, Lani dives to save him, blowing out her eardrums and going deaf - perhaps permanently!

Garner enlists Mitch’s help to track down and capture a ring of drug smugglers operating from a boat offshore. The stakes get deadly when Neely goes undercover to plant a bug and her cover is blown! Lani struggles to come to terms with her deafness.

Cody makes a crazy bet with some local hotshots. Mitch risks his uncle's new Scarab in a wild race that ends in an amazing finish no one expected. Meanwhile, Neely and her baby daughter Ashley move in with Mitch for a couple of days until her new apartment is ready, sparking a twist to their relationship.

After a swimmer shows symptoms of a deadly virus, headquarters is quarantined, trapping Mitch, April, Donna and JD inside with an annoying salesman. With JD waylaid, Newman takes on his plum assignment overseeing a photo shoot of sexy models.

After he saves Neely's new nanny from a boating disaster, she develops a lethal attraction to Mitch. April and Manny join a charity contest arranged by Newmie for his juvenile diabetic nephew.

While Lani prepares for a photo shoot on a cruise to Alaska, Neely travels to see her ex-husband who lives in Juneau. Hobie's good fortune lands him, Mitch and Cody on the cruise ship to Alaska as well. Unbeknownst to them, there is a dangerous jewel thief on board that becomes a threat to Hobie's life.

Mitch and Cody surprise Neely and Lani by showing up on the Dawn Princess. During the stop in Juneau, Gavin finally recognizes Leslie, who takes a clueless Hobie with her in the beginning a harrowing chase…

After an escalating, heart-stopping chase across a glacier, Mitch rescues Hobie and Leslie from hitman Gavin. Mitch returns to the Dawn Princess with a romantic proposal for Neely.
