Diesel Power Challenge

Nine reader-selected trucks are strapped to the dyno to find out which one will earn bragging rights as the most powerful truck.

The nine reader-selected trucks must complete a CDL-style obstacle course while pulling a 10,000-pound trailer before competing in a 1/8-mile drag race pulling the same trailer.

On Day Three of Diesel Power Challenge, the reader-selected trucks go head-to-to head in a bracket-style 1/4-mile drag race shootout at Bandimere Raceway in Colorado. Then it's on to fuel economy testing in the Rocky Mountains.

Day four of the Diesel Power Challenge sees the nine reader-selected trucks hitched up to the sled for the most demanding test yet! Each truck must drag a professional-level pulling sled 300 feet across a packed mud pit!

On the final day of Diesel Power Challenge 2013, we wrap-up the weeklong event and present the winner with the coveted cup.
